Before You Quit

You have stopped before. A week, a month, a year, and then it came back.

When that happens people decide the method was wrong. The patch was wrong. Cold turkey was wrong. The app did not work, so they go looking for a better method.

In my experience it is almost never the method. It is that the person was not standing in the right place when they started.

This guide gives you three checks you can run on yourself before you try again. How fast the number comes. Whose reason it is. What it is costing you right now.

The audio is a relaxation recording you listen to at night, before you fall asleep. It settles the nervous system, which is the point. People getting ready to quit are on edge and not sleeping well, and that is the worst possible place to start from.

It is not a stop smoking recording and it does not work on cravings. Stop smoking work is hypnotherapy, and that is what I do with clients. This guide is not that. It will not make you quit and it does not try to.

When you finish you will have your three answers written down and dated, something to do with your body every night, and an honest read on whether this attempt is going to be different from the last one.
